Sunflower Seed Digger Shortbread 😍

This is a super simple recipe.
These shortbread contain less sugar than standard recipes.
Sunflower seeds are a great source of healthy fats and also provide protein, fibre, and a range of vitamins and minerals. They give the shortbread a lovely crunch too!
Recipe (makes 6-8 diggers)
60g butter, softened
25g icing sugar,
90g plain flour
Method
Cream butter and sugar together.
Gradually add flour.
Roll out the dough and cut out shapes.
Sprinkle over seeds and press them into the dough.
Bake in the oven (190c) bake 12 mins.
Delicious as a snack / to add to a lunchbox.
