Cinnamon Apple Rings 🍎

These are sweet, soft, and tangy — the perfect snack for busy toddlers on the go 😍

I’ve found them especially helpful during teething because they are chewy, but still soft.

Why I love them

They provide fibre alongside vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C.

They contain no additives or preservatives, unlike some shop-bought dried fruit snacks.

They contain no added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, skin removed and cores - cut into thick circles

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 lemon - juice only

Method

  • Mix lemon and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the apple slices to full coat them.

  • Add them to a baking tray and pop them in the oven (100c) for 90mins -2hours.

  • If you dry them out less, you will get a foamy apple and if you dry more they will become more chewy.

  • I put ours in our dehydrator for a couple of hours.

They will last for a week or so.
