Salmon and Pea Swirls 🐟🐟

Puff pastry swirls are one of my favourite toddler snack ideas. They’re quick to make, budget friendly and perfect for little hands. They also work really well for fussy eaters because you can keep introducing different flavours and textures in a low-pressure way.

One of the best things about swirls is how flexible they are. You can use familiar foods alongside new ingredients to support food acceptance and exposure β€” a really helpful strategy for toddlers who are selective with eating. They’re soft, easy to chew and ideal for lunchboxes, snacks or meals on the go!
