Banana Ice Cream

Sun’s out, so why not make some super healthy banana ice cream? ☀️

Tahini provides healthy unsaturated fats, protein, calcium, and iron.

Ingredients

  • 4 very ripe bananas

  • 4 dates ( I used medjool)

  • 1 tbsp tahini

Method

  • Chop the bananas into chunks. Freeze fully in an airtight container. Once frozen, blitz bananas with dates and tahini. Freeze again. Serve.

  • (I removed mine from the freezer, 5 mins before serving).
